Have you shopped Banana Republic lately? If visions of black blazers and maroon cardigans come to mind, you may want to take a second look. Traditionally known for their work wear and business basics, Banana Republic is now embracing casual Friday. BR’s new contemporary look and fresh perspective is thanks to the brand’s new creative director, Marissa Webb, who’s resume prior to joining Banana Republic includes J.Crew, Polo, Club Monaco, and her own contemporary label.

One of Banana Republic’s new collections to sport the brand’s transformation is their Spring/Summer 2015 collection. Inspired by Indigo Blues, Urban Khaki, and Coastal Cities, it features effortlessly cool separates that can be mixed and matched from Manic Monday right through casual Friday and into Sunday Funday.

Indigo Blues: Rich laidback indigos, pale chambrays, and every shade of denim in between.
Urban Khaki: Clean lines, new proportions and sexy silhouettes with plays between graphic black and a modern blush.
Coastal City: Take in the fresh air with bold ocean blues, a signature print, and coastal classics with a modern twist.
