Following the launch of Burberry’s Brit Rhythm fragrance for Men in September 2013, Burberry has announced the launch of a new complementary women’s fragrance under the same name. Brit Rhythm for Women is the brand’s first female fragrance since bringing its beauty sector in-house in April 2013.
The new Burberry Brit Rhythm campaign features British model and actress Suki Waterhouse, and British musician George Barnett of These New Puritans. Brit Rhythm for Women combines powerful femininity with a rock and roll edge, bringing together classic and unexpected notes like British lavender, orange blossom heart, and vetiver in a new, powdery floral fragrance.
Burberry makeup artistic consultant Wendy Rowe, under the creative direction of Burberry Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey, created a complementary signature makeup look that focuses on effortlessly smokey eyes and radiant skin. Additionally, a capsule of Brit ready-to-wear clothing and accessories, centered around the iconic leather jacket, celebrates the launch.
