Daily grind got ya down? If you’re looking for a mid-day, mid-week break this summer, Lululemon has a (free!) treat for you.  Back by popular demand, Lululemon’s 2014 Nooner Yoga kicks off today, and is open to everyone.  An outdoor yoga series put on by some of Vancouver’s most popular yoga instructors, the classes take place every Wednesday at noon for all of July and August at Jack Poole Plaza in Vancouver.

I attended numerous classes last year, and it’s an inspiring way to break up a stressful day at the office, a jam-packed schedule, or even a day off.   Imagine doing yoga under blue skies and sunshine, surrounded by mountains and with hundreds of other people.  One of my favourite memories was when I spotted a bald eagle flying overhead during a particularly glorious sun salutation – only in Vancouver! Each class will feature a different teacher, and there’s absolutely no cost involved for the 45-minute practices. Bring a mat, a friend, sunscreen, and be ready to sweat your asana off.
